A special reunion happens tomorrow in Vincennes.

The past crew members of the SNN 697 USS Indianapolis will meet at the Indiana Military Museum.

The Navy vets will reunite and be part of a special memorial service at Noon.  The public is welcome and invited.

The USS Indianapolis 697 is a nuclear submarine and the museum added pieces of the original sub to it’s collection two years ago.

Around 700 served on it over the years.  The 697 was the 3rd ship named for Indiana’s capital city.

There is no cost to visit with the vets tomorrow at the museum,.
