Be Heart Smart

The Purdue Extension Knox County Health & Human Sciences depart along with the Vincennes Salvation Army is hosting a “Be Heart Smart” program. This will be a four week course to learn about risk factors for cardiovascular disease and action steps to prevent or reduce the potential for negative outcomes like heart attack or stroke. Vincennes states historic sites will be hosting “Princess Camp” on Saturday, February 22nd from 10:00AM to 12:30PM. Participants will learn about manners from the 1800s, including how to curtsy or bow, write with a quill and how letters were sealed and stamped.
