Three Washington-based companies are among the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana, according to rankings announced by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

TrueScripts Management Services ranked 3rd out of 43 in the medium companies category, which includes businesses with 75 to 249 employees. Belt Tech Industrial was also honored in the same category coming in at number 28.

In the large companies category, for businesses with 250 to 999 employees, True Rx Health Strategists earned a place on the list. They were 7th out of 25.

The Indiana Chamber recognized 150 companies this year, with honorees selected based on employer reports and anonymous employee surveys. Businesses are grouped by size and ranked within their categories.

This is the 20th year for the Best Places to Work program, which highlights workplaces across Indiana that foster strong employee culture, communication, and benefits.
