Economic development leaders in Knox County will receive hands-on training in June to explore how generative AI can support local marketing and business attraction efforts.
The sessions will be led by the Blaizing Academy of Indianapolis and funded by a $5,000 grant from Duke Energy’s 2025 Partnership Program. Knox County was one of five recipients in the latest round of awards.
Knox County Indiana Economic Development CEO Chris Pfaff told the Southern Indiana Business Report that the training will support the Opportunity Knox marketing campaign and broader outreach goals.
Pfaff added that the training will help the organization explore responsible ways to integrate AI into daily operations.
