The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal tractor accident that occurred Wednesday evening near County Roads 650 East and 500 North in Montgomery.

Deputies say the incident happened around 6:25 p.m. when a tractor traveling east along a ditch bank rolled into the ditch and overturned into a creek. The driver, 25-year-old Aden Graber of Montgomery, was trapped beneath the overturned vehicle and died at the scene.

The sheriff’s office says the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
