Good Samaritan is asking residents to complete its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment survey, now open to individuals across its ten-county service area in Indiana and Illinois.
The brief online survey collects feedback on local health issues and helps shape future services. Tiffany Conover, Director of Marketing and Public Relations says community input helps the hospital better understand local health challenges and shape programs that meet real needs.
The 2022 assessment led to targeted action in three key areas: obesity and inactivity, substance abuse, and access to care. Efforts included fitness challenges, nutrition education, expanded substance use services, and improved online scheduling for primary care.
