The investigation continues into a weekend traffic stop that resulted in multiple drug arrests.

Sunday morning, a Knox County deputy stopped a pickup on State Road 67 near Church Road for speeding. A K-9 indicated drugs inside, and officers found nearly 700 grams of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

The driver, 39-year-old Joshua Barmes, was arrested and booked into the Knox County Jail. His charges include dealing in marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and legend drug deception.

Information from the stop led deputies to search two homes on Washington Street in Bicknell. There, they found more marijuana, paraphernalia, and methamphetamine.

Two women, 39-year-old Nicole Sloan and 43-year-old Tonya Riker, were arrested on drug charges.

All have posted bond.
