If you ever wanted to be the eyes and ears of the National Weather Service during severe storms, free training is being offered this week in Gibson County.
The National Weather Service will host a Skywarn Storm Spotter Training in Gibson County on Thursday, October 2, 2025. The basic spotter course begins at 6 p.m. CDT, 7 Eastern at the Gibson County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building, 709 North Embree Street in Princeton.
