Princeton Police say a pursuit through Gibson County ended with the arrest of a driver wanted on multiple warrants.

Around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, officers attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding and disregarding a stop sign in Princeton. The driver did not pull over, continuing east on State Road 64 and eventually onto Interstate 69.

Authorities say the suspect avoided stop sticks but later crashed near the southbound exit ramp. The driver fled on foot, prompting a search involving multiple agencies. The Gibson County Sheriff’s Department deployed a drone, and a K9 was also used to track the suspect. The suspect was located in a grassy area northeast of the crash site and taken into custody.

Police identified the driver as Braelyn J. Huebner. He was transported to Deaconess Gibson Hospital for medical clearance before being booked into the Gibson County Jail.

Huebner faces charges of resisting law enforcement in a vehicle, reckless driving, and operating without a license. He was also wanted on a Vanderburgh County warrant and a Gibson County parole warrant.
