
Leaders of Irreverent Warriors in Vincennes have received a $5,500 from the Duke Energy Foundation.
According to information provided, the funding will support the group’s work with veterans dealing with mental health challenges.
Irreverent Warriors organizes peer-based activities, wellness retreats, and outreach programs designed to connect veterans with one another.
The organization says it uses shared experiences and camaraderie as part of its programming focused on mental health and suicide prevention.
