The City of Bicknell is highlighted in the January 2026 issue of Business View magazine, a North American business-to-business digital publication with more than 877,000 subscribers.

The article outlines recent housing and infrastructure efforts underway in the city. According to the profile, Bicknell, the Knox County Redevelopment Commission, and the Bicknell Bulldog Development Corporation worked together to acquire and remediate downtown properties. Those properties are now positioned for residential and commercial development.

The magazine notes that three-bedroom homes of approximately 1,200 square feet are part of the city’s current housing inventory. It also reports renewed developer interest in the community.

In the feature, Mayor Thomas Estabrook, Council At-Large member Wally Cullen, and Bicknell Bulldog Development Corporation Vice President Jack Lynn state that the city’s priorities over the next 18 to 24 months include continuing housing efforts and pursuing additional infrastructure funding.

Chris Pfaff, CEO of Knox County Indiana Economic Development, told the magazine that Bicknell represents opportunities for growth and is making progress toward attracting new residents and businesses, citing the creation of new affordable housing for young families and professionals.

Business View covers industry trends, manufacturing, and construction across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, and serves executives and small business owners.
