The Indiana Attorney General’s Office has launched a new online tool to track gas prices across the state.
The portal, called IN Fuel Watch, shows real-time gasoline prices at more than 4,600 stations statewide. Users can search by city, station name, or price, and compare costs in different areas.
The site also displays statewide averages and changes since the suspension of the gas tax, along with color-coded indicators showing whether prices at individual stations are rising or falling.
Officials say the goal is to give consumers clearer information when filling up and to help monitor pricing during the declared energy emergency.
The Attorney General’s Office says the data will also be used by its Consumer Protection Division to watch for potential price gouging and enforce state law if needed.
The website is now live and available for public use.
