Some key leadership roles are changing at Vincennes University.

VU President Dr. Chuck Johnson has announced the retirement of longtime Vice President of Financial Services and CFO Tim Eaton. After 36 years with the university, Eaton will step down at the end of June. Conya Wampler, currently Assistant VP and Controller, will take over the role.

Also stepping into a new position is Travis Linneweber, who will become Assistant VP of Financial Services.

Meanwhile, Provost and Senior VP Dr. Laura Treanor is leaving VU to become president of Virginia Western Community College. Taking her place as interim Provost is Jaci Lederman, VU’s current Chief Information Officer.

The leadership transitions are effective July 1.
