Today it was announced that South Knox High School graduate Reid Martin has been awarded the 2025 First City Music & Arts Evan Twitty Scholarship.

The $500 scholarship, offered by the First City Music Festival, supports Knox County students planning to study music or the arts at an Indiana college or university. Martin was chosen for his dedication to music and his commitment to making a positive impact.

As part of the award, Martin will also receive a free weekend pass to this year’s First City Music Festival in September, where he will be recognized.
