
A three-vehicle accident with injuries Monday evening on U.S. 41 in Gibson County led to the arrest of an Evansville man.
Authorities say the crash happened around 5 p.m. near County Road 650 South when a black Ford F250 rear-ended another vehicle, pushing it into a third. Emergency responders reported smelling marijuana from inside the pickup.
Deputy Shawn Holmes conducted an OWI accident investigation and later arrested the driver, 26-year-old Timothy Land of Evansville. Land was taken to the Gibson County Detention Center.
No information was released concerning injuries.
