A road project scheduled to begin last week is now set to start Tuesday.

The Indiana Department of Transportation says that crews will close the westbound U.S. 50 ramp to southbound U.S. 41 over Kelso Creek.

The closure is part of an ongoing bridge maintenance project.

Due to the closure traffic will need to utilize the cloverleaf interchange just north of Vincennes at U.S. 41 and 6th Street.

The closure is expected to last through May, depending on the weather.
