The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety will meet Monday, May 11, at 5 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers in Vincennes.

The meeting agenda includes approval of minutes from the April 27 meeting, along with reports from several city departments. Updates are scheduled from Brett Bobe of the City Fire Department, Brad Snider from the City Inspector’s Office, and Leah Reagan of the City Animal Shelter.

Under new business, the board is expected to discuss a pavilion rental request connected to the United Way Chili Cook Off and a real estate donation agreement.

The meeting is open to the public.
