A portion of Sixth Street in Vincennes will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 12, as paving work gets underway as part of the city’s CCMG paving project.
City officials say Sixth Street will be closed from Willow Street to the city limits just past Perdue Road while crews complete the work. The project is expected to continue through Friday, May 15, weather permitting.
Local access will remain available for the Indiana Military Museum and Prestige Auto during construction.
Drivers are encouraged to use caution in the area and seek alternate routes when possible while paving operations are underway.
