8th District Congressman Larry Bucshon is not seeking re-election this year.
The 118th session of the Congress started last week and the Republican from Newburgh, Indiana said he will retire at the end of this session.
The 8th District covers 19 Southern and West Central Indiana counties.
Bucshon has served since 2011
