Donations are being accepted for a Washington family who lost their home to a fire over the weekend. Fire crews were called to 106 Mill Street around 1:20 a.m. Sunday and found the house fully engulfed. Several departments responded, but the home was destroyed.

The family is asking for clothing and household items. Sizes needed include:

• Mom: 16/18 pants, XL shirt, women’s 7.5 shoe

• Boy: 36/38 pants, XL shirt, men’s 13 shoe

• Boy: 14 boys pants, youth medium shirt, men’s 8 shoe

• Girl: 14 girls pants, youth large shirt, girls 8 shoe

• Toddler girl: 3T/4T clothes, toddler size 3 shoes

Items and gift cards can be dropped off tonight from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Washington Upper Elementary parking lot, where a red Ford truck will be collecting donations.
