Get ready for the 17th Annual Knox County Triathlon & Duathlon—happening Saturday, June 8th at Rainbow Beach in Vincennes!
Whether you’re swimming, biking, or running, it’s all about supporting local parks like Gregg Park, Riverfront Park, and more.
ANNUAL SPRINT TRIATHLON & DUATHLON hosted by the Vincennes City Parks and Recreation Department in historic Vincennes, Indiana invites men, women and children, age 9 and older, to swim-bike-run or run-bike-run. This event challenges all, whether a beginner or experienced athlete, to experience the thrill of the finish line! Starting and concluding at Gregg Park, the course includes swimming at Vincennes’ Rainbow Beach Aquatic Center, biking a flat to gentle rolling route to Fritchton and back; and running the neighborhoods bordering the park. The funds raised from this event are used for the betterment of Vincennes Parks!
Choose your challenge:
A 200-meter swim, 10-mile bike ride, and 3.1-mile run for the triathlon,
or tackle the 3.1-mile run, 10-mile bike, and another 3.1-mile run in the duathlon.
