Vincennes University welcomed Early College high school students to campus June 10–12 for Techmester, a three-day program focused on career exploration. Students took part in hands-on workshops in areas such as robotics, surgical technology, law enforcement, and precision machining.
They built and coded robots, practiced water rescues, and lifted fingerprints in mock crime scene activities. The program also gave students a taste of college life, with overnight stays in campus housing and access to VU facilities. One student said the experience helped confirm his interest in forensic science.
