The Indiana Department of Transportation says nightly closures are beginning this week on a section of State Road 441/Willow Street in Vincennes.

The work zone runs from Niblack Road to Greenlawn Cemetery. Closures will take place each night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to allow crews to complete milling and paving operations.

The project is part of a larger effort to repave State Road 441 in Vincennes. This portion is expected to take about a week to finish, depending on weather.

Emergency personnel and local traffic will be allowed through. Drivers should use caution and expect changing conditions, as access to side streets will vary based on where crews are working.
