Knox County Deputies responded Thursday afternoon to a report of a domestic incident involving a firearm on Wessel Road.

According to  Knox County Chief Deputy John Fuller, a 17-year-old girl told deputies her ex-boyfriend, 19-year-old Gaige Michael Lewis, followed her home from school and forced his way inside while holding a gun. She said he threatened to shoot her. Friends of the victim had video showing Lewis entering the home with the firearm.

Lewis left before deputies arrived but was later found at a residence on Barclay Drive. After further investigation, he was taken into custody and booked into the Knox County Jail.

Jail reports indicate Lewis has a Princeton address.  He faces preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon, burglary while armed with a deadly weapon, and driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
