The Delphi Indiana murder suspect is now in a southern Indiana prison.

Richard Allen was moved from the Westville Correctional facility on Thursday to the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle.

Attorney General Todd Rokita signed the order for the move.

Allen is charged with the 2017 murder of two teens in Delphi. His trial is set for October next year.

Allen’s previous attorneys filed a motion for a move to a different prison back in April of this year alleging abuse from guards at Westville.
