sex-assault-aware

Hope’s Voice of Daviess and Knox Counties is officially expanding their domestic violence and sexual assault services today.

For over 10 years, the agency has served the region filling a service gap for survivors of the crimes.

As Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention month continues, Hope’s Voice is cut the ribbon today on their new Rape Crises Center that was recently Certified by the Indiana Coalition to End  Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking.

The coalition’s President and CEO Beth White,  was one of the special speakers at today’s ribbon cutting and says this new center means the area is fully prepared with the needed resources to address the sexually related crimes….

The new addition to Hope’s Voice will be a victim-centered, trauma informed service and provide a variety of advocacy services, prevention education, community outreach, counseling and support groups.
