The Hardware Science Program launched in 2020 has gotten a big boost.

The program is currently being taught in Vincennes Lincoln and South Knox Schools and teaches hands on physics and chemistry.

CenterPoint Energy donated $150 thousand dollars to the program at a special presentation Tuesday at the Pantheon where the program got it’s start.

Pantheon board member Harry Nolting who is President of the Knox County Council told fellow council members about the donation at their Tuesday meeting…..

Brian Southern is also a Pantheon Board member who spoke on Tuesday at the check presentation and talked about how that marketing will mean working to create more partnerships….
